Thierry started Fidesty to help utilities transform into agile and innovative enterprises committed to the clean energy transition.
After 30 years of success providing solutions to the power industry, Thierry is now an independent consultant working with utilities in North America and Europe to accelerate the clean energy transition with technology. Thierry partners with other consultants to advise and coach the power industry’s leaders on the most complex topics.

Thierry held senior leadership positions at Eaton, Emerson, Intel, Schneider Electric, Siemens, ABB and GE.
Thierry holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s in Applied Mathematics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a SUPELEC graduate (Electrical Engineering School in Paris, France). He also graduated from the Vermont Law School with a Master’s in Law – Energy Regulation and Law (MERL).
Thierry is a dual U.S. and French citizen.
